Refund policy

At PRIMALIGHT, all products are made to order once a purchase is placed.

Because of the custom production nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@primalightstore.com with your order number and clear photos.

Approved claims may receive one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• Replacement item
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
